The friendly staff is always ready to help. Parking spaces are directly onsite. Bed linen is changed every 2 days.
Our room was directly under the roof terrace pool. The noise level was correspondingly loud - also because guests stayed there until after midnight and the hotel did nothing about it - even on request. According to the hotel brochure, the pool closes at 7:00.

While the rooftop pool was quite popular and sometimes crowded, the spacious room was comfortable. I'd have preferred more external seating areas for lounging in the sun.

Families will love this spot!
The location is unbeatable! Right in the heart of it all, and the staff were just fantastic, so friendly and always willing to help. One morning, we had breakfast on the rooftop terrace and it was pure bliss, with mountain views that just blew me away. And the kids loved the spacious suite we got, it reminded me of home!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience made up for it.

Problem-solving people at the hotel, excellent cuisine, comfortable surroundings.
We were traveling by car. It's hard to get around the old town, maps.me didn't contain all the bricks.

After exploring the area, the spa and wellness center provided a much-needed relaxation escape. A minor point is that the lounge chairs by the pool could use a little update, but overall this place was a lovely getaway 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and service minded and the room comfortable. It was very nice by the pool on the roof top.
Your site states that vat is included in the room rate. However I was charged 7% vat on the amount I booked for. This is not satisfactory.

The staff were most excellent, especially the receptionist Christina. The Maitre 'd', Antonio ( Tony) was very good. The breakfast room is on the top floor and is a superb location. Views are wonderful. The hotel location is just right in that it is close to the town centre and has easy access to the tram service to Port Soller. The tram terminus in Soller is close to the railway station to catch a train to Palma. All personnel at the hotel were first rate. We would certainly use the hotel again if we go back to Soller.
Car park too small, but this was quite normal with a hotel location almost in the centre of a small town.

Location excellent and hotel very nice. Had a very pleasant 2 night stay prior to a 7 night stay in Palma but thought rather expensive and not particularly good value for money.
